The Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy Archery Championship, a community event that was held at the Abu Dhabi Cricket Club, was concluded yesterday, with the participation of 30 players, amid strict precautions and precautions to ensure the safety of the players.
The player Lamia Abdullah Al-Hamzawi won the first place, while Shaima Muhammad Al-Kaabi came in the second place, while Mahra Hassan Al-Shamsi won the third place, while the player Salama Saeed Al-Rumaithi ranked fourth.
Fatima Al-Ali, representative of the Fatima Mubarak Academy for Women’s Sports, said, “When we decided to organize the academy’s third championship in bow and arrow sport, which is one of the most popular games in the sports arena during a record time in the UAE, we did not expect such a great turnout with the participation of 30 players.” .
She indicated that the individual games contribute to achieving achievements and ascending to the coronation podiums, confirming the academy’s readiness to provide all forms of technical support by providing specialized trainers and organizing more tournaments related to these sports and providing more atmosphere of competition between players of different nationalities from citizens and residents on the land Country.
She added, “We continue to support women and their activities and ensure the spread of the culture of a healthy society among its members. Making competitions open to all nationalities comes as a belief in the importance of providing contact between the largest possible number in all groups.”
It is noteworthy that the Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy Archery Championship was held in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the strategic partner of the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, and each of the sponsors, the “Adaa” Archery and Abu Dhabi Cricket Club.
