The Egyptian actress, Rania Youssef, revealed that she was infected with the new “Corona” virus nearly a year ago. She indicated to “IT Arabic” that she had contracted corona in December, on New Year’s Eve.
She added that she did not know at the time that what she had contracted was (Covid-19) because Corona was not officially declared an epidemic, and she was dealing with it as a common cold.
On how she dealt with the virus, Rania Youssef said that she isolated herself due to the symptoms of the disease that resemble the symptoms of “Corona” until she recovered from it.
Rania Youssef’s statements regarding her previous infection with the emerging “Corona” virus come at the ceremony for the second season of the series “Miss Farah” on the “Shahid” digital platform.
Rania Youssef denied that she was infected with the emerging “Corona” virus, after attending the fourth session of the El Gouna Film Festival, which was held in October.
Many of the artists who attended the Fourth El Gouna Film Festival had revealed during the last period that they had been infected with the emerging “Corona” virus, the most recent of whom was the Egyptian artist, Aser Yassin, and the Jordanian artist, Mays Hamdan.
It is noteworthy that some artists revealed during the last period that they were infected with the emerging “Corona” virus, and hid the matter from the media, most notably the Egyptian artist Amina Khalil and the Lebanese artist Nicolas Moawad.
