A brand new round the clock service will now enable UAE residents and residents to attach with a devoted service workforce and comply with up on the standing of their transactions at any time.
The Common Directorate of Residency and International Affairs (GDRFA) on Tuesday introduced that new service can be accessible beginning July 7.
The ‘You are Special’ service will take requests and inquiries related to residency services from companies and individuals, citizens and residents, at any hour, seven days a week.
Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the DDRFA, said: “We in the United Arab Emirates in general, and Dubai in particular, strive to be at the forefront and strive to meet the demands of customers through services that set Dubai apart from the rest of the world.”
According to Al Roeya, Al Marri explained that the idea behind this innovative service is to provide a unified working channel that fits the needs of customers.
The dedicated team will manage the communication process and requests directly, contributing to greater clarity of procedures and eliminating the need for customers to look elsewhere for answers.
