Superstar Jennifer Lopez revealed that there is “absolutely no urgency” to marry her fiancé Alex Rodriguez, during an appearance on Andy Cohen’s radio show Tuesday. In fact, the star admitted that she wondered if she’d ever be officially married.
Lopez had responded to Cohen after he asked her about Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell’s relationship: “We’ve definitely talked about (not getting married).” (The couple has been together for over 35 years and have never been married.) Lopez added, “With the likes of Goldie thing and Kurt, you think, is it necessary for us to officially get married?”
“I mean, at our age, we got married before, so are we remarrying? Right? What does that mean for us? It’s just, it’s about the personality, like, What do you want to do? Absolutely no rush.”
We recall that Lopez was previously married to waiter Ojani Noa ( 1997 to 1998), dancer Chris Judd ( 2001 to 2003) and singer Marc Anthony ( 2004 to 2014 ), She shared with her twins, aged 1 and 2, Maximilian “Max” David and Amy Maribel. Rodriguez married Cynthia Scortes from 2002 to 2008. They have two daughters: Natasha Alexander, 16 years old, and Ella Alexander, 12 years old.
