UAE Telecom Services To Be Suspended for Late Payments

Etisalat and Du are suspending telecom services and charging fees for reconnection of its services for those late in end-of-month phone bill payments.

If you’re late with your end-of-month phone bill payments, Etisalat and Du will instantly suspend telecom services and charge you a fee for reconnection of its services. The reconnection fee for Etisalat users will mount to AED26.25 (inclusive of VAT).

Payment for the telecom services is allowed till the 15th of every month for UAE residents. Those who pay on time can maintain a good credit score.

Etisalat makes the complete postpaid bill available on their app and sends customers a copy via email on the first day of every month.

Customers have the option to register their credit/debit card for Etisalat’s auto-pay service, which automatically deducts your bill amount at the end of each month, meaning you won’t face a disruption.
