UAE healthcare workers get round trip tickets back home as a sign of gratitude

To show gratitude for a job well done during the Covid 19 pandemic, healthcare workers from all across the UAE are being offered round-trip tickets to their home countries.  This initiative by the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (Seha) is being lauded by the workers.

This is being done as a bid to reunite healthcare workers with their families back home. Some of them haven’t been able to meet for the past two years, since the pandemic started.

Seha announced the initiative in a Twitter post. The post said that the workers “truly deserve to be recognized for their selfless efforts and sacrifices”.

Seha also recognized their sacrifices in a video posted on YouTube. The video posted along with the message mentioned above, said, “Our healthcare workers from all over the world have spent countless hours helping fight the pandemic in the UAE. In recognition of this, we are proud to give them a round trip ticket to fly home,”
