The Endowments and Minors Affairs Foundation in Dubai organized an art exhibition for its minor children, through which they sent a message of thanks and appreciation to the first line of defense of doctors, nursing staff and health sector professionals for their role in protecting society from the repercussions of the Corona pandemic.
The exhibition was held under the slogan “An Artist’s Feather Thanks to Our First Line of Defense” at the Public Library in Al-Safa, affiliated to the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, to display the creativity of minors, who are sponsored by the Foundation.
The opening was attended by His Excellency Humaid Mohammed Al Qatami, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, His Excellency Essa Al Ghurair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Endowments and Minors Affairs Foundation, His Excellency Ali Al Mutawa, Secretary General of the Endowments and Minors Affairs Foundation, and His Excellency Hala Badri, Director General of the Dubai Culture Authority.
His Excellency Hamid Muhammad Al Qatami expressed his thanks and appreciation of the authority for the great role played by the Endowment and Minors Affairs Foundation in Dubai to serve the community and make people happy, noting that the Foundation has provided a civilized example to be emulated in solidarity and cohesion with the Dubai Health Authority since the beginning of the Covid-19 challenge and at the height of the challenge until today. .
His Excellency said that the initiative of the Foundation represented in the exhibition “An Artist’s Feather” that it implemented to display the paintings and letters of thanks that were directed by children and minors for our first line of defense reflects a real value on which the Foundation is always keen to provide all means of care for minors and is working to give them full opportunities to express Their feelings, love and appreciation towards their homeland and towards the loyal people who are dedicated to their work in the first line of defense to confront COVID-19.
His Excellency Issa Al-Ghurair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Endowments and Minors Affairs Foundation, said that doctors and nurses are in the first line of defense to protect society from the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, and this exhibition was organized as an expression of gratitude and thanks to them.
For his part, His Excellency Ali Al-Mutawa, Secretary-General of the Endowments and Minors Affairs Foundation, said that the exhibition aims to enhance awareness among children to prevent infection with the emerging corona virus, and it also aims to develop their talents and present them to a broad sector of the public to motivate them to continue the path.
Hala Badri, Director General of the Culture and Arts Authority in Dubai, stated that “Dubai Culture” was keen to develop the Al-Safa Art and Design Library according to a model model to be an interactive platform that welcomes members of the creative community to meet, work, cooperate and research.
