Marhaba provides a Covid-19 test for travelers in Dubai

 Marhaba, the hospitality brand of dnata at airports, provides the “Covid-19” test as part of the check-in service, allowing customers to obtain a medical certificate within 24-48 hours of taking the test at home or anywhere. They choose it in Dubai.

Marhaba has strengthened its offer to help its Dubai customers enjoy a safe, smooth and reassuring travel experience throughout their journey, from quickly and easy check-in at home to handing over their sterile luggage at the airport of their final destination.

Steve Allen, Senior Vice President of Airport Operations and Travel at dnata, stressed the importance of providing customers with a comfortable and safe Covid-19 test as part of the “Marhaba” offers, noting that the new service will help customers enjoy their journeys smoothly, starting from home to the boarding gate at Dubai International Airport.

A team of experienced medical personnel visits clients who book the premium check-in service to conduct a swab test on all travelers before making the travel procedures.

The samples are transferred to a Mediclinic laboratory that provides the service. The results are digitally sent to the clients. All clients who undergo the test receive a medical certificate.

The agents of Marhaba carry out travel procedures, weigh and label luggage, print boarding passes at home, and ensure that the luggage is delivered at the airport and loaded onto the plane.

All luggage is treated with sterile materials to remove any germs and provide protection from microbes for up to 72 hours. When customers arrive at the airport, they are received by an agent to easily deliver them to the gates via the fast lane.
