Conditions and Eligibility

• For a 10-year visa, Investors should have no less than 10 million AED worth of public investment, in the form of an investment fund or a company.

• In total 60 percent of investment must not be in the form of real estate. The invested amount must not be loaned amount. In the case of assets, investors must have full ownership. The investor must keep the investment for a minimum of three years.

• For a 5-year visa, norms are mostly similar but the investment is set differently of 5 million AED.

• A 10-year visa may be extendable by business partners each must have 10 million AED. Long term visa can be included for the investor’s spouse and children, one executive director & one of the advisor.

• High school and university students are eligible for a 5-year residency visa in the UAE. High school students must have a minimum of above 95 percent grade. some of the university 3.75 GPA or above upon graduation.

• Doctors, researchers, scientists, investors, and artists are also granted a 10-year visa permitted by a related department. which is extended to their spouses and children.

• Scientists and researchers must be recognized by the Emirates Scientists Council or holders of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Medal for Scientific Excellence.

• Creative individuals in culture and art must be recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development.

• Extraordinary talents must be registered by patents or scientific research published in a world-class journal.

Doctors and specialists must fulfill a minimum of two conditions.

• A Ph.D, from top 500 universities in a world, contribution to a major scientific research,published articles or scientific books in distinguished publications,membership in an organisation related to the field

• 10 years of professional experience in his field or specialisation in areas of preferance to the UAE.

• The UAE Authorities have 30 days of period to review your application.
• You’ll receive an email with the result of your application.
• If you are gets approved, you’ll receive a link by email where you need to upload the documents.
• The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship will verify and approve the application.
• The Authorities will issue the Golden Visa.
