This world’s renowned wax attraction will be located on Bluewaters island, the most popular waterfront destination that hosts world-class restaurants and a lot of entertainment options. And it is going to house 60 celebrities like international leaders, movie stars, athletes, and the status of UAE’s Royal family. The Wax Museum will also feature seven theme-based rooms, a wax figure library, a party area, and, lastly, an interactive dance floor.
Fact to note: The first statue revealed at Madame Tussauds Dubai’s is of Balqees Fathi (a much-loved Emirati Yemeni music star). And apart from her, there will be 15 more figures from the Middle East.
First in Middle East!
Did you know that Madam Tussauds Dubai is going to be the 1st branch in the Middle East? And there is a special preview as well on October 8th and 9th 2021. The pricing is AED 135 per person.
Age, Fees!
Everyone above eleven years of age will pay an entry fee of Dh135. But currently this standard pricing is available at Dh122 per person. Other than this, children aged 3 to 11 will have to pay Dh110, and children under three have free entry.
Interesting facts about Madam Tussauds
The first Madame Tussauds museum was opened in the 1830s by Marie Tussauds, a wax sculpture based out of France.
It gained popularity over the years, and now they 20 MT museums spread all across the globe in places like Las Vegas, Amsterdam, Singapore, New York to name a few.
Her 1st scultputor was Francois Voltaire which she made at the age of just 16.
The oldest figure is Madame du Barry: the last Maîtresse-en-titre of Louis XV of France
The largest figure is of Incredible Hulk standing at a height of 14.7 feet.
