Yes, Expo 2020 has officially launched the Squid game this Sunday without the deadly ‘elimination’. You can enjoy the same every day from 3PM to 4 PM. This event will go on till November 14.

The Korean Pavilion mentioned on Instagram, “Stick with the strongest team; it’s the only way to win! ⏺️🔼⏹️ Visit the Korea Pavilion at Expo 2020 and play Squid Game everyday until November 14. And remember, the shape you have chosen is the shape you must piece out…”

The game became an instant hit after its release on Netflix. This 9 episode series is about cash-strapped contestants who have to play life-threatening childhood games to win $ 38.58 million.

Since then, memes are dominating social media trends. In fact Squid Game attires are the most searched costumes for Halloween this year.

This game was also launched in UAE at several places.

The Korean Cultural Centre in Abu Dhabi hosted this game, where more than 300 people registered. Dot café in Ajman is also serving cappuccino with Dalgona (honeycomb) candy.
