Expo 2020 Dubai ticket prices were announced on Thursday, July 1.
Tickets for a single visit to the exhibition will cost Dhs95 ($26), while visitors will have to pay Dhs495 ($135) for a six-month pass. A multi-entry month-long pass will also be offered for Dhs195 ($53).
The mega event will be held from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022. Visitors under 18 and ‘people of determination’ will enter free at any time, with the accompanying person getting a 50 per cent discount.
Organisers at an event on Thursday said that a maximum of 120,000 people per day will be allowed on site. However, they are aiming to attract a total of 25 million ‘physical’ visits to the event, inclusive of domestic and international visitors.
Every participating nation will have its own pavilion. Countries will not be clustered by their geography, but under Expo 2020s three sub-themes of Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability.
