Every Instagram user around the world is familiar now with the trend of floating breakfasts. With Instagram influencers posting about it almost incessantly. But now the concept has evolved! The world has been introduced to the concept of a floating dinner and it is slowly taking over the internet by storm!

The dinner service is being organized by Zeta 77. They will be serving their signature dishes in this format.

What’s on the menu?

This multi-course meal is served on a sustainable white wicker tray that stays afloat on the water of the infinity pool giving you a comfortable yet different eating experience.

Some of these dishes will include the likes of sashimi and sushi rolls, Oscietra imperial caviar, freshly shucked oysters, prawn tempura, miso black cod, and tōgarashi potato fries.

This is followed by a Kagoshima Grade A5 Wagyu steak. The last course will feature a traditional Japanese cheesecake served with a peach and pepper sorbet or sliced exotic fruits.

This dining experience is a must for those looking for a memorable and romantic date night dinner. This can also be a great experience for those who consider themselves gastronomical explorers in search of new culinary experiences.

How much will it cost me?

However there is a caveat, this dining experience is exclusive, and premium. It comes with quite a hefty price tag. The dinner will cost you AED 1,777 for two people. This includes the delicious dishes mentioned above, along with a bottle of the spirit of your choice. Customers can choose between a bottle of wine, sake, or Champagne.

Advanced booking and prepayment with a minimum notice of 24 hours are required to book a slot. Only hotel guests will have access to the Infinity Pool. So it goes without saying that in order to enjoy dinner here, you’ll need to book a room.
