Brown Sugar Scrub
Ingredients
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 gm bicarbonate of soda
- 50 ml of olive oil
How to apply
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients well until you get a cohesive dough.
- Rub it on your feet and massage the skin in circular motions for 10 minutes.
- Wash and dry your feet with a cotton towel.
- Put on them a generous amount of moisturizing cream and feel soft and fresh.
Mint and sea salt scrub
Ingredients
- 1 cup sea salt or Kosher Salt
- 1/3 cup sweet almond oil
- ¼ cup coarse salt or Epsom Salt
- 6 – 8 drops peppermint essential oil
How to apply
- Dissolve coarse salt or Epsom Salt in a bowl filled with warm water and soak your feet in saltwater for 10 or 15 minutes.
- Mix sea salt or Kosher Salt with almond oil and peppermint oil until the ingredients are combined.
- Massage your feet with the mixture for several minutes, using circular motions.
- Wash your feet and feel their softness.
Milk scrub
Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk powder
- 500 ml of warm water
- 3 tablespoons coarse sugar
- 2 tablespoons of baby oil
- Pumice stone
- Moisturizing cream
How to apply
- Dissolve the milk in warm water in a large plastic bowl and soak your feet in the mixture for 10 minutes.
- After that, add the baby oil and coarse sugar and stir well until you get a thick paste.
- Rub this paste on your feet and heels in circular motions.
- Rub your heels with a pumice stone to exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells.
- Wash your feet and pat dry them, then apply a moisturizing cream on them.
