Lavish Hotels Set To Open In Dubai Soon

Dubai has been a vacation destination for millions every year. The pandemic brought the work-from-home option to the forefront, and workcation is something everyone is talking about. Staycation and workcation are gaining interest among travelers and tourists.

Thankfully, Dubai offers a plethora of options for visitors to have a comfortable stay. Yet to accommodate and awe the international customers, new projects are always coming up. These are the new lavish hotels that will open in Dubai in the coming months.

1)  25hours Hotel Dubai One Central

Coming up in the Dubai Future District, 25hours One Central is the chain of 25hours. The luxury chain has hotels around Europe, including Munich, Paris, and Vienna. In Dubai, this hotel is located behind the Museum of the Future. And it has planned 5 themed suites for the visitors: Artist village, Bedouin, Farmstay, Glamping, and Hakawati suite.

2)  Address Harbour Point

This upcoming two-tower hotel and serviced apartments in Dubai Creek Harbour will have 202 rooms. 66 stories in the 1st  tower and 55 in the 2nd. The towers will be connected via a glass pedestrian bridge. The amenities include pool area, gym, green zone, kids zone, shops,  restaurants, valet parking, smart home technology etc.  The residents will have direct views of Dubai Creek waterfront, Downtown Dubai skyline, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary as well as Dubai Creek Tower.

3)  Atlantis The Royal

This AED 5.15 billion property will have an infinity rooftop pool on level 22, 90 swimming pools, restaurants hosting celebrity chefs, etc. It will have 102 suites, 231 apartments, and 693 hotel rooms. Crafted by world-class designers and architects, it will change the overall landscape of Dubai. This iconic destination will offer infinite ocean and skyline views, access to waterpark, dolphin bay, and sea lion point.

4)  Dubai Edition

Marriott’s boutique property Abu Dhabi Edition captured everyone’s attention, and its success is set to be replicated in Dubai via Dubai Edition. Coming up in Downtown Dubai close to the Dubai Mall, the hotel will have 258 guest rooms,15 suites, and 4 restaurants. Other than this, it will also be a home to multiple restaurants, pool, spa/fitness center, ballroom, event spaces and meeting room.

5)  Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Scheduled to open in September 2020, the unveiling was postponed due to the pandemic. Located on the main trunk of Palm Jumeirah, the beachside Hilton Dubai is set to stun its guests with great ocean-view rooms. Other than the basic amenities, all the rooms will also have kids club, gift shop and balcony.

All in all, the hype is so much that the traders are already booking the property to set up their shops here.

6)  Langham Place by Omniyat

With the view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Canal, Langham Place is located in Downtown Dubai. The luxury city hotel will have 167 rooms for guests and several serviced residential apartments.

7)  Legoland Hotel

Legoland gives life-form to creativity. The Legoland would have a candy-coloured exterior and 250 Lego-themed rooms. To up the awe, it comes with a castle play area and a disco elevator.

8)  Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences

Coming up next to the Business Bay Metro Station, Paramount Tower is a 63-story building. 10 stories are reserved for hotel purposes and the rest for residence. Infinity pool with the stunning view of the sea and skyline on the rooftop is the hot topic of paramount.

Scheduled to open: 2022

9)  Portofino Family Hotel

Designed in a traditional European style, Portofino was scheduled to open at the end of 2019. With every room offering a sea view, Portofino is the first in Dubai to cater exclusively to families.

10) The Dorchester

Resembling the Tetris design, The Dorchester has a futuristic design. The two interlocking ultra-luxury towers come with a pool on the rooftop. It is located opposite Burj Khalifa’s Business Bay. The Dorchester recently made headlines for selling a Triplex Penthouse for AED 75 Million.
