Shabab Al Ahly, Al Dhafra, Baniyas and the Emirates qualified for the President’s Cup quarter-finals

The 16th round of the His Highness the President’s Football Cup was concluded tonight, with four confrontations.

The Emirates team defeated Ittihad Kalba with a score of 1/0 in overtime from the match that took place at the Emirates Club Stadium in Ras Al Khaimah, to qualify the Emirates team for the quarter-finals of the tournament.

In the second confrontation, Bani Yas defeated Al-Orouba with two goals to none in the match that took place between them at the Al Shamkha Stadium in Baniyas, and Al Dhafra team also joined them to the quarter-finals after defeating Al Jazira with a goal for nothing in the match that was held at Hamdan bin Zayed Stadium in Al Dhafra region.

In the fourth and final match, Shabab Al-Ahly beat Hatta 3-0 in the confrontation that brought them together at Rashid Stadium at Al-Ahly Youth Club.

With these results, the quarter-finals contract for the most expensive tournament has been completed, as it includes 8 teams: Sharjah, Ajman, Al Wasl, Al Nasr, Emirates, Baniyas, Al Dhafra and Shabab Al Ahly.
