Can’t sleep peacefully? Five rules for healthy and natural sleep
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Do you suffer from a lack of activity? Most likely, the solution lies under your pillow! “I do not sleep enough,” “I suffer from insomnia,” “I do not sleep all night,” “I lack activity”. Short sentences that are repeated most of the time in the morning around a cup of coffee. The result: a day of annoyance when a person is “on his nerves” and bids farewell to relaxation to receive tension mixed with a lack of energy and vitality.

When we do not sleep well, neither our body nor our psyche relaxes. We get into a vicious cycle: we sleep less, get more stressed, and have more difficulty falling asleep. Over time, the body weakens, forces collapse, sadness replaces joy, and the mind depletes its vitality. At that point, we lose the desire to do what previously seemed easy to us and take the first step towards the threshold of exhaustion.

In order to sleep naturally again, here are five rules that our neurologists recommend:

The first rule: Avoid stimulants,

Abstain from coffee, tea, and sports after six in the evening, and stay away from the computer because they are the worst stimulants. If you use it late at night (video games or chatting from friends), it may energize you from the inside and prevent you from taking a peaceful sleep path. Instead, choose to read or listen to music.

The second rule: regular eating, organize

Your meals, and try to eat dinner at the same hour every evening and choose foods lighter than those you consume at lunch. But at the same time, do not deprive yourself of this meal under the pretext of better sleep because the body needs calories.

The third rule: Establish a sleep regime.

Follow a specific habit, as it helps you sleep well. Try to sleep at the same hour every night and do the same movements in the same hierarchy: brush your teeth, remove makeup, go to the bathroom, take off your clothes, set the alarm clock … thus, your brain does not have to think too much, and this helps it relax and prepare for sleep.

Fourth rule: practice relaxation exercises

Yoga, Sophrology, Self Hypnosis. All of which will help you! These exercises cause your body to release the relaxation hormones, the opposite of adrenaline. Because the best sleeper ever is not a pill, but rather the substances that the body excretes.

Fifth rule: Use herbs

If you do not, despite everything, sleep well, then resort to flowers such as linden, chamomile, Jardin, lemon balm, and hawthorn. If you can sleep thanks to them but do not have a deep sleep, choose stronger plants for sleep, such as orange flower, passionflower, or hops.

Fading powers? See if your condition is based on a thinner mask. think about it! The night brings you advice and health too.
