His Excellency Counselor Youssef Saeed Al Abri, Undersecretary of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, held a coordination meeting via visual communication technology with His Excellency Mohamed Ibrahim Al Hammadi, CEO of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, within the framework of implementing the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Board The ministers, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Head of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, in cooperation and integration with various government and private agencies, to contribute to raising government performance in the UAE in line with international standards of government excellence.

During the meeting, His Excellency Mohamed Ibrahim Al Hammadi reviewed the developments of the UAE’s peaceful nuclear program and the role of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation in developing the Barakah peaceful nuclear energy plants, which started its first stations in the production of safe and environmentally friendly electrical energy.

The two parties discussed ways of cooperation and strengthening the strategic partnership between them, especially with regard to the judicial and legal aspects of the UAE peaceful nuclear program, in addition to awareness plans about the peaceful nuclear program and its role in supporting economic and social growth in the UAE and its pivotal contribution to the state’s efforts towards reducing the carbon footprint of the energy sector.
