Only four minutes are all you need to flatten wrinkles and get rid of fatigue and signs of the passage of time. Here are simple and quick exercises to rejuvenate your face.
The face is the face of body and soul and is like a screen on which our psychological states are shown, in bold . It is also a real ID card, indicating the number of years and their burden . We cannot stop time and burn out . So what should we do to avoid these cosmetic operations that often result in a caricature comic? It’s easy: by massaging the face once a day, and it doesn’t take more than four minutes. Give it a try and discover the hidden face of this simple habit .
Some principles
The different layers of facial skin are composed of continuous tissues and muscles that, with age, become less functional and less supple. So we end up with a solid face. In addition to age, stress is another factor responsible for such changes.
Thanks to a soft, daily massage, it is possible to relax the facial muscles and give it a new luster and a more youthful appearance .
And because the facial muscles are very sensitive, we must pay special attention to them. If the massage was vigorous, it would lead to stretching the muscles.
Practical incision
To begin with, put a teaspoon of special facial massage oil between your hands and rub it. In a wide outward motion, apply all over the face, neck, and eye circle as well, but with caution. Use the ring finger to apply oil around the eyes.
Start with the first ear, then move to the second, massaging an upward movement from the neck towards the jaw, using the hands together to cover the entire neck area.
Along the jaw, move from one ear to the other, using your index and middle fingers. Handgrip in such a way that the index finger is above the jaw and the middle is below.
Stretch your fingers on the forehead, and press the sides of the nose at the angle of the hand. Repeat the same exercise after three or four seconds.
Reduce the pressure gradually and pass your hands over the cheeks with the index finger and finish the exercise with slight pressure at the level of the ears. Repeat after three or four seconds.
Slowly massage the eyes over the closed eyelid using the middle, and under the eye as well.
Smooth the eyebrows with the hands in an upward motion to get a tightening effect. Use hands and start from the middle of the eyebrows towards the hair. Follow with gentle pressure on the face with the hands for a second in each position.
Tighten firmly on the left side of the neck with the right hand and massage from the jawline. But avoid the airway. Repeat the same thing on the right side with the left hand.
They are easy exercises that can be practiced daily without anyone’s help to get a fresh face and youthful skin.
Which massage oil ?
If you have oily skin, choose lighter oils that can be easily absorbed by the skin. Here, we recommend massage oils rich in unsaturated fatty acids: thistle oil , pine oil or millepertuis oil .
For dry or dull skin, it is preferable to use avocado, apricot, wheat seed or macadamia oil .
For normal skin, it is recommended to use sunflower, almond, sesame or even olive oil. But since olive oil is somewhat thick, it is recommended to use it with a lighter oil such as thistle oil.
