It is known that yogurt milk contains a high proportion of calcium and vitamin D, which help improve absorption in the body, and there is also a good proportion of proteins in yogurt, folic acid, vitamin B, lactic acid, potassium, phosphorous, iodine, and zinc, which are vitamins Good for the health of the body in general and skin in particular. It also moisturizes the skin, treats sunburn, and prevents the appearance of signs of aging and wrinkles; Because it contains lactic acid, which helps moisturize the skin and double the process of cell growth and renewal.

Berries

Berries of all kinds are rich in antioxidants and stimulate the body’s production of collagen protein, which is primarily responsible for youthful skin, as it keeps your skin tight and smooth.

Blueberries are rich in vitamins A and C, as well as an age-defying antioxidant called anthocyanin. This is what gives blueberries their deep, beautiful blue color.

These powerful antioxidants may help protect skin from damage due to the sun, stress, and pollution by moderating the inflammatory response and preventing collagen loss.

Foods saturated with water

Tomatoes and carrots are vegetables rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants that protect the skin. They also contain beta-carotene and lycopene, which are beneficial to protect the skin from sun damage and rejuvenate skin cells.

Broccoli, red cabbage, and beetroot
